Our warehouse team works quickly to process and ship orders as soon as possible. Because of this, there is only a limited window in which an order may be cancelled.
If your order was placed within the last 12 hours, please contact our Support team with your order number so we can submit a cancellation request to our warehouse team.
Please note that while we will do our best to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful, as orders are processed very quickly.
Unfortunately, orders placed more than 12 hours ago are less likely to be cancelled, as our warehouse team works quickly to process and ship orders as soon as possible.
At this stage, we recommend waiting for the item to arrive and then following our return process if you no longer wish to keep the order.
