You can manage your existing subscription by logging into your account at Blueair.com and selecting Filter Subscription from the left-hand menu.
From the Filter Subscription page, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Modify your next shipping date
- Update your shipping address
- Pause your subscription
- Change your subscription frequency
- Adjust your filter quantity
You can also chat with our virtual assistant, Vera, for help with:
- Subscription cancellations
- Shipping address updates
Filter Subscription Page Not Loading?
If the Filter Subscription page is not loading properly after logging in, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
